 Fire Technology Consultants LLC ("FTC") was founded in 1995 by William W. Niemann and Tim S. Hattwick, both experienced municipal fire and explosion investigators. Since then, FTC has expanded to include a staff of investigators, engineers, and technical experts with 200 plus years of cumulative experience in fire and explosion investigation, forensic analysis, case preparation, litigation support, and expert testimony. In addition to experience, our experts are licensed and certified to the highest industry standards.

 We are experienced in all types and causes of fires and explosions, from small house fires to large manufacturing facilities, and all modes of transportation.
